Harte Testifies for the Second Time before U.S. Senate

On June 28th, 2016, Tom Harte, the president of Landmark Benefits, participated in the “Small Business Health Care – Costs and Options” round table discussion at the Senate Office Building. This was Harte’s second invitation to testify before the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions subcommitee, convened by Senator Enzi and Senator Sanders.
The video link is provided below, as well as Harte’s written testimony. The discussion addressed a wide range of issues and challenges that small businesses are encountering, from the Affordable Care Act’s SHOP marketplaces to the double-digit increases in health insurance premiums.
